The Bluestone Rock Art Gallery Grand Opening Celebration, 583 East Broad Street , Columbus, OH
Revolution Live Events and The Bluestone present a festival of rock music, movies, and artwork, featuring the music and artwork of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Member and Jefferson Airplane/ Jefferson Starship founder, Marty Balin, with additional performances by Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels and local bands Wade & Mojo Blues and Fat Dog.
Also featured will be the Ohio premiere of the documentary film, “American Artifact” directed by Merle Becker and over 300 titles of gig poster pieces that define the genre from the psychedelic 60’s to the present. Many of the world-class artists responsible for these prints will be at the event. These artists including The Bluestone’s Creative Director, Mike Martin of Enginehouse13, iconic Grande Ballroom artist, Carl Lundgren, and many more.
